A4 Classification Of Stainless Steel Screws

A4 stainless steel screws are according to the difference in tensile strength, there are 700Mpa stainless steel screws and 800Mpa stainless steel screws. Both types of stainless steel screws are made of stainless steel 316, the only difference is the difference in mechanical properties. The increase in tensile strength is achieved by dislocation segregation (cold work hardening) after deformation.

The tensile strength of A4-70 stainless steel screws are greater than 700 MPA.

The tensile strength of A4-80 stainless steel screws are greater than 800 MPA.
